Provided by DexKnowsI took my vehicle in for a new radiator and hoses and was not disappointment. Not only were they reasonably priced but the service was excellent and fast. J-Mac is easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends

Provided by DexKnowsI took my daughters ' 97 Ford F-150 to them to see why it was overheating. They told me that it had a blown head gasket. I sold the truck to a tow yard because it would have cost too much to fix. Talked to the owner of the towing company and he told me that he took a look at the truck and it actually had a bad water pump. He replaced the water pump and is still driving it today. I guess that they need to get better mechanics there.

Provided by DexKnowsThese guys saved my skin. After another radiator shop did a flow test and OKed my radiator I spent a lot of money chasing the problem replacing water pump, fan clutch hoses, etc. As a last desperation I turned my 99 F-250 keys over to them. Within an hour they located a 90% plugged radiator the other shop missed. $200.00 later I was back on the road pulling my 5th wheel over any hill with no sign of heating. Not only would I use them again but I just send my friend who has a $2500.00 quote from the dealer to them.Larry Jacobs - Taylorsville

Provided by DexKnowsAfter $850.00, 5 new parts and two "Expert" shops, my truck was still overheating. It took J Mac less than an hour to pin it down to a plugged radiator. (Something I had paid big bucks to another radiator shop in Nampa to look at but was assured was not the problem) My next stop was a new truck but after the J Mac fix was in, I can now pull over Parleys with no sign of trouble. Thanks Mike and crew.

Provided by DexKnowsI have used J-Mac for about eight years now and have been impressed since day one! Excellent repairs on radiators, coolers etc. and if the part can't be repaired they offer great products at great prices. I can only illustrate my possitive experiences with them. Great place!

Provided by DexKnowsA few weeks back I took my car into Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed. Shortly after the oil change, my car started emitting a weird smell. The tech at Jiffy Lube suggested it was the cabin filter, but I knew that wasn't the problem. It smelled like something was burning. The car didn't have the smell before I took it in, but coincidentally had the smell within one day of having the car serviced at Jiffy Lube.Every time I stopped at a light, or pulled the car into my garage I could smell it. The car wasn't smoking or burning oil, so it was hard for me to troubleshoot the problem.I decided to take my car into J-Mac Complete Car Care service to get a second opinion. Upon close inspection, the mechanic determined that the smell was caused by leaking transmission fluid. Apparently the techs at Jiffy Lube didn't fasten the cap tightly enough when they topped it off. The guys at J-Mac tightened the cap, washed off the fluid, and fixed the problem. It only took them a few minutes to fin

Provided by DexKnowsMy case wasn't too severe but I was quoted 30 dollars to get something fixed and was billed for 55. I would have done it myself if I knew the price would be that high. They didn't even let me know that the price would be higher before they decided to go ahead and fix it. Poor business practice in my opinion. Also, about two and a half years ago from this same shop, the mechanic came up to me (I worked in the back there) and told me "They are going to try to sell you on a T fitting in your coolant system, thats not the problem so dont do it"... and sure enough they came to me and said "You need a T-valve that is in your coolant system, it will be $100 bucks" and I declined thanks to the honest mechanic.
Thank you very much for the service done on my 93 Nissan Altima. It runs like it is brand new. I took it in for new brakes and you and your tech did a 30 point Inspection and gave me a list of things that were wrong with it. I was surprised with the things that were wrong with it, but after talking with you on the phone I felt confident that what you promised me would happen. So I went through with all the repairs that were necessary, and I was very amazed with how my car is running.I drove down to Salt Lake from Ogden to have you work on my car, and that was the best decision that I had made. I know there is nobody up here or around the valley, that would have giving me the service and quality that your group did. So again thank you very much for your time and saving me having to go out and buy a new car, because of your service I feel like I just got a new car.

Provided by DexKnowsTheir service is very fast, and they were concern about my needs, not just about money, and that is very hard to find.

Provided by DexKnowsI called to ask some basic questions about getting some work done and was put on hold for more than five minutes and then hung up on. I felt like they didn't even have time to talk to me and my business didn't matter to them at all.
