Integrity is how I describe the management at this Jiffy Lube. One of their employees inadvertently broke my turn signal switch over 15 months ago. When my daughter returned the hand me down car back to me, after a new car purchase, I found a note telling my daughter to have the problem fixed. Well she never did. I contacted Jiffy Lube and they bent over backwards and paid for the repair. A $450 repair. Great people.

The Jiffy Lubes I've gone to for the past 20 years encourage you to go back between oil changes for free windshield wiper refills. When I pulled up to this one for washer fluid yesterday they were clearly disappointed that I wasn't going to spend any money that day. They left me sitting there with my hood up while I watched several "paying" cars be serviced and go. I finally left after 15 minutes of waiting for a simple squirt of washer fluid. Employees were unfriendly. Not a good place.
