Provided by YP.comTerrible! Joanne, the owner, is apparently ok, but the rest of the staff is horrible. They are completely unprofessional and do not listen to what is asked. He didn’t even bother to remove the previous polish!

Provided by YP.comAugust 2011 - No stars from me. I would not recommend the group working at this salon at this time.
I had treated myself to a mani/ pedi for my birthday. I will not go to this group again.
This nail salon changes hands periodically. This group is apparently a family. There was a child running around who was still in diapers.
When I entered and asked for a mani / pedi – the one operator in the room at the time, hollered, “Choose (your) color.” When I said I had my own, I don’t think he understood me, or was ignoring my response, as he didn't acknowledge that I'd said anything.
FYI - the other operators sit behind a one-way glass/mirror at the back of the salon.
BTW - one would have had to be there before to know that they keep the nail polish that they use in the back on the south wall. A lady who came for the same after me hadn't been there before. When she was told to pick a color, she started looking at the colors on the front counter, she was snapped at by the man doing my pedicure, that those were for sale. I had to tell (answer) her things that they weren't answering - like where the polish was and where the restroom was.
While I was still having my pedicure done, a girl came to do my manicure. I prefer a manicure at the manicure table, but there seemed to be a language barrier, so I didn't try to explain.
The girl doing the manicure dropped or placed the metal instruments used to push back cuticles on the floor, and didn't get new, sterilized ones.
They use the same scrubber for the heels on multiple clients, as they did with the emery boards.
The man who did my pedicure kept sniffling. When I asked if he had a cold, he said no. He would wipe his nose with the side of his hand, then on his pants.
The operators talked to each other almost incessantly in what was probably Vietnamese. Perhaps there was some kind of a family problem, I don't know, I don't understand their language.
There were no signs that I saw listing prices. When it was time to pay, I was told it was $35.00. I counted it out to the man who had done my pedicure. He snapped at me saying that it was not $45.00 as I had said. I don’t remember saying. "$45.00," just, “There,” when I handed it to him. I asked him if it wasn’t $35.00, he said, “Yes,” at which point I said, “Fine.” I smiled and left.
I wondered later if that bit of conversation wasn’t a way or an attempt to try to get more money through some kind of confusion or intimidation. If he was expecting a $10.00 TIP, he was going to be as disappointed as I was with their service.
I miss the groups that they had working there in 2004 - 2007.
