I have spent almost 10 years in healthcare quality. The standards for customer excellence is what I know best. When I emailed East Millcreek eyewear, I honestly expected a message back stating someone would get in touch with me in 7 days or something like that. To my amazement, the owner - Jodie emailed me a few hours after that - the service was bar none.. To not only operate a busy business but have made time to answer emails is personal and professional service that I couldn't believe. I did call her and tell her this. This eyewear boutique is amazing! The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly, taking the time to help you find the perfect frames. The selection is amazing, with all of the latest styles and many new styles that are not in this market yet. Great prices and no pressure. What a Gem!
