Great service, great people, spectacular prices!!! When the front desk girl called to tell me my cat was doing great (which they don't mind doing even though they are super busy all the time) I could hear a loud purring in the back ground; i almost cried when she told me that yes, it was in fact my kitty; she just wanted to put him on the phone so he could tell me everything was fine himself.

I agree with the review about the staff degrading you. They do go out of their way to treat you like you're a bad pet owner if you choose to have your cat declawed. If they're so against it then they shouldn't offer the service. Yes the staff is abusive but the prices are great and I've had no trouble with my animal's surgeries.

The most reasonable prices you can find, and the worst office staff to go with it. The Dr. may be well known and liked, but his staff go out of their way to talk down to you and treat you like dirt. They are uncaring, rude, and condescending. I only hope they treat your pet better than they will treat you.

I called from San Diego, Calif to make an appt for my daughters dog to get spayed. (The dog also might be pregnant). They live in Taylorsville and she had called several vets that told her that it would be about 2-3 weeks out for an appt. Spay and Neuter of Salt Lake City fit the dog into their schedule in a week. I was also able to leave my daughters name and phone number...and I will be paying over the phone with my credit card on the day of the dog surgery. I appreciate places and people like this who go above and beyond to help. 5 stars to this place.
