Your statement says that Sun Loan Company " complies with all laws and regulations". Can you tell me the date and amount that someone made a loan with Sun Loan Company in Sallisaw, Oklahoma? No, you can't. But, what you can do is call me and my husband every few days when they don't make a payment on time. A payment for a loan that we didn't know they had or when they made. Why? Because it is none of my business. But it appears to be our business when they don't make a payment on time. And when we request that you stop calling us, you continue to do so. Please show me proof that this is in fact a company that " complies with all laws and regulations", while calling someone over and over that has nothing to do with the loan.
