I was to have flowers delivered to me as a thank-you which never showed up. When it was pointed out to Flower Town they did everything to make it right. An immediate call, a personal delivery and the most wonderful flower arrangement I have ever recieved. The order was placed out of state and the mixup reason wasn't discovered. Seriously, a classy business. I highly, highly recommend them.

Flower Town is a unique business because of the wonderful, friendly, helpful environment created by the owner and employees. If you want not only a professional job done on your flower arrangements but are also looking for a place where you feel like an important customer, Flower Town is the place to go. While they are humans and occasionally do make mistakes, in my experience they have rectified them to the best of their ability and go way above and beyond in making sure each customer gets treated well.

I have been a customer of Flower Town for many years now and I have never been disappointed, everything has always been on time and absolutely beautiful! I would most definitely recommend flower town to anyone in Salisbury and surrounding areas. The prices there are exceptionally lower than other florists in the area as well.
I called with a special request for a dish garden to be delivered to someone at Catawba College and it had to be there in a couple of hours before the person left for the day. I also requested a baseball be added to the arrangement (this person loves baseball) and the owner Tracie Daye went out of her way to go out and purchase a baseball for the arrangement. My son said that the recipient called him crying she loved it so much! I spoke to her today and she said that she took it up and down the halls at Catawba showing everyone her basket! I would definitely recommend Flower Town and will use them again myself in the future. Thank you Tracie for a wonderful job!

Flower Town has been my florist for many years...They do an acceptional job..muchbetter than Mills did when they were in business!! I am getting ready to place anorder right now!

I HAVE USED FLOWER TOWN FOR 2 YRS. NOW AND I LOVE EVERY ARRANGEMENT THEY HAVE DONE FOR AND THE PRICES ARE LOWER THAN THE OTHERS IN SALISBURY. THE OWNER IS SO WONDERFUL WITH HER KNOWLEDGE AND CHRISTIAN BEING MAKES THEM #1 IN MY BOOK! MIKE
I ordered flowers for my Grandmothers passing. I had asked for something special to be done on these flowers and when I got there for the family viewing it was NOT done and I had even paid extra money to have this done. When we went back the next morning for the family's last viewing before the church some of the flowers had already started to die. Another family member had ordered flowers from there also and they were NOT even delivered for the viewing he had to call them right before going to the church for the burial to ask about them. This is something that we can't go back and fix she's gone. When you lose a loved one it's hard enough without places like this that don't honor family's last wishes. It would be different if there was a mix up but when I called back to ask about the problem the lady in charge pulled the order and said oh yes it's on here. So they don't pay attention to their customers needs. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The check was for 73.00 and I (an employee) wrote a check without the permission of the owner) on an acct. that is not normally used. This irate ;ady tried to shame the owner(a wonderful christian woman that has never bounced a check in the history of her business) by coming in and waving the check in front of customers and is now lying about the amount. This was my fault and in no way should be a reflection of the owner or spotless reputation of this business.
I ordered $140.00 worth of flowers to be placed on the alter of my church in memory of my dads passing. What to my surprise that they were not there on the date requested. When I went back to the store I was told they had "lost my order". They said "I'm sorry". I asked for a refund and was given a check, which "bounced". So I went back again and demanded cash for the flowers and the fee from the bank,which I did receive. So tell me would you recommend them?
