Dr. Brittain is a wonderful and caring Doctor. He takes time with his patients and makes them feel at ease. I highly recommend him.

My 1st appt with Mark Brittain is next week and although I have never been in their office, I have heard (repeatedly from good friends, relatives & others) how good and caring-careful (he and his staff) are in every aspect of dealing with their clients....I must say I am looking forward to my visit,as the last time I went to one of advertised Natl.Co's and received inferior glasses, poor service and 'NO' support afterwards whatsoever...

This is the best place to get eyecare. The rates are very low and the service is great. Brittain is a rare find! If you live in charlotte or other larger citys around here I would say it is worth the drive to avoid the sponsored doctors in the city. Those doctors will tell you what they are being paid to tell you and still charge two to three times as much for the same service you can recieve here!

Dr. Brittain has courteous staff, and customer service. The availability of appointments is excellent. The team promptly addresses emergency situations, & Dr. Brittain is knowledgable, and up-to-date, as well as professional.
