My disabled neighbor requested two UPS labels for defective furniture to be returned for $500. credit. A week later the UPS driver arrived with one label for two boxes. We explained the two boxes had originally been in one box but because the cushions were too inflated to combine he kindly agreed to take both together. On Saturday, the second box was returned by a UPS driver, placed on her deck and fell blocking her front door. She didn't even know the box had been returned, its as long as a couch and 12 inches deep, she couldn't move it if she wanted to. I called the 800 number and was told that UPS ground wouldn't be able to get the box till Monday and a tracking number was needed. she offered to send it air for $202. 59. I told her that was unacceptable. I asked that the driver return to either take the box or put it inside till we could contact the store for the second label.
