I have bought an appliance from this company before &and never had a problem with it. The salesperson was wonderful (Bree Stade). I recently needed another appliance &and chose other companies due to Shore's delivery fee , but was unable to speak to a rep/and or get a reasonable delivery date from Lowes or Home Depo. I went back to Shore Appliance today , had service immediately, &and Bree Stade made delivery available to me today. Alan , the delivery man was great. I recommend this company-they went out of their way to meet my busy schedule !!!!
Ryan took a long time with my husband and me, assisting us in choosing appliances for our new home. Because the builder was delayed, we had to have the items held for a while, but there was no problem with that. All were delivered on time, and the delivery people were fast and professional. One service call to make an adjustment, and the service tech, although just a little late (and he called) did his job and was quite pleasant to deal with. Add in that the prices were very competitive to the "big box" stores. A great experience, and we will need to go nowhere else in the future.

I have purchased several appliances from Shore Appliance from low to mid range price and they have provided excellent service both from the sales dept. to the service dept. I would highly recomment them, even if you are buying a less expensive item for a rental - they carry it all and know their products.
Sales helped me pick most affordable appliances that met my criteria including finding out what models were on sale. Delivery took place on the date and time as scheduled. Appliances look and work great. Thanks,Donna McGillQuantico, MD
