I would rate it better but I spent 11 years of my life in Europe and the Far East and have seen some better but not many. The donuts are the same as they were 30 to 50 years ago, they are cake donuts and melt in your mouth. The bread they use is usually better than you use at home and the meat is commerical grade and is good. They are friendly and provide a continuity from what used to be the Polar Bar. It's cleaner and we laid out for better use of space. I've seen a few better but I've seen many much worse. I'll always stop by DeVage's when I'm in town, it comfortable and as I said friendly and a good deli.

Their donuts are okay, as long as you don't mind the fact that they are a little on the greasy side.As for their lunch menu, I wouldn't recommend it. The meat they use is poor quality and the bread often tastes stale.
