      My mom and I decided to go here today to purchase book bags for my sister. As we were looking around we noticed so other stuff we were thinking about purchasing as well. I couldn't find the book bags so I decided to ask the sale associate. She called someone in the back to see if they had anymore left they did but the girl said "it's on top of the bathroom." So I'm confused you can't get it. She says the girl in the back can't reach them and I'm afraid of heights. I was not please with the service. The the service was terrible so my mom and I decided to put our stuff back and left. You just missed out on some money. I am a assistant manager and I know how customer service can go a long way. It was disappointed. Won't be going there anymore. Thanks.
