In normal situations my experience has been excellent. When there was an issue it took several visits from different techs, then the manager to solve the problem. Hence the good, not excellent rating. Normal servicing has been excellent.

I have been a customer for going on 14 years. Generally, there have been up and downs in the relationship most of them corrected but I believe there is always room for improvement. Typically, there have been adjustments and compromise that addressed the issue.
