My wife and daughter-in-law have gone there for years. I was disappointed that they "charge" a fee of $1.00 for a "gift certificate". No other store does this that I know of. I know it is only $1.00, but come on!

Top of the line experience; from the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a Queen. My Husband treated me to a Mother's Day Spa. All of my services were great...but I must say my Body Massage with Jamie was the best. They even served me my Lunch in their beautiful outdoor garden. I told my Husdand I wanted another Spa for my Birthday...I will go back, thank you Designer's Edge !!!!!
Had to wait about 45 minutes for my appt, told stylist to trim my hair & I left with about 6 inches chopped off. I must say, the change grew on me & I'm going back. My color was perfect!
I had the same hair style forever...after months and months of unsuccessful attempts I finally let Sherry Thomas color, cut and style my hair very different than I had before. I go faithfully every six weeks for color and cut and look forward to it. Everyday I get many compliments on my hair. Change is great and so is Designers Edge!!
I was highly dissappointed after spending an all day spa evey at this salon. I waited for over 45 minutes between services and wheni arrived they had forgot to order/schedule my lunch. A 4 hour day turned to be an 8 hour day and I missed my anniversary dinner. I was even told my the stylist they could not style my hair only blow dry it. I thought my package included a hair "style" i can blow dry it at home. A HUGE let down.
You are always treated special. No matter what treatment you have done and if you are a first time customer or a regular. Very professional and friendly staff. They also keep up to date with the latest trends
