Thomas Worthington In his years of criminal trial practice, Mr. Worthington, has been the chief trial lawyer in hundreds of jury trials from simple misdemeanor DUI to capital murder - almost all of which have resulted in acquittals or reduction to lesser offenses. Chester J. Phillips Mr. Phillips joined The Worthington Law Centre in 1995 and he currently handles an active case load of misdemeanor and felony cases, both adult and juvenile, with the additional work in administrative law issues stemming from criminal charges and bankruptcy law. Carolyn "Charlie" Keeley Ms. Keeley joined The Worthington Law Centre in 2005 after retiring from the Monterey County District Attorney's Office. She maintains an active case load of felony cases both adult and juvenile and has conducted over 150 jury trials from simple misdemeanor DUI to murder. Brian M. Worthington Brian Worthington is the most recent addition to the Worthington Law Centre. Mr. Worthington joined our team in December, 2009. Since joining our team, Mr. Worthington has maintained an active case load of both misdemeanor and felony cases for both adults and juveniles.
