office scheduler and office professionalism = low

I have attempted to get a surgery performed by Dr. Pratt for over two months. The scheduler takes two to three weeks to schedule an appointment and when the appointment is finally made, it gets cancelled at the last minute. I miss school and the person who is going to take me home post procedure takes time off of work. They utilize their PTO and it is wasted. This is very unprofessional and frustrating.
