Since that time, Coastal Home Solutions, Inc has successfully designed and completed projects all over the Bay Area and Central California for individual homeowners and real estate investors alike.Our President, Ray Schmitt has been involved with custom home construction and property development since 1975 and founding Four Winds Construction in 1980. This wealth of development experience in all phases of planning, permit processing, budgeting, scheduling, design, construction, and management will bring your dream to life.Our Designer and CFO, Daphne Schmitt has been involved with designing since 1977. Her attention to your lifestyle, budget and home site, perfected with her skills in design, color coordination, and the practical issues of efficient and welcoming home design will help you create your own custom dream home. Her natural talent to visualize a completed project is invaluable in the design process.Our staff is expert at assembling the pieces necessary for a complete permit submittal package and then following your submittal through to make sure your permits are issued in a timely manner. Our experience and contacts make sure that your submittal won't get sidetracked and our tenaciousness keeps your project on the front burner.Our Project Manager, KC Rice, deftly manages the project flow by scheduling workforce and materials. She is "on point" for the construction process and keeps you informed of your project status and scheduling. When your project is complete, she will walk you through your home to make sure everything is completed and ready for you to be completely satisfied.Noel Marrujo, design associate, has a background in mortgage banking and real estate as well as being indispensable in assisting our Spanish speaking customers. He and the rest of our design and support staff would love to show you our fully furnished models on display. There's someone here to greet you 7 days a week, 9-5.
