The organization offers loan guarantee, direct farm loan, 504 loan program, microloan program, intermediary relending, Monterey County revolving loan program, and disaster loan guarantee. California Coastal Rural Development has offices in Lompoc, Monterey, Salinas, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Ventura, Calif. The loan programs offered by the organization also include term loans to upgrade, replace or remove petroleum underground storage tanks in order to meet applicable local, state and federal standards with related equipment costs.
