SLUM lords. To the max. !!! Bedbugs and roaches galore. Had no WALLS in my bathroom for 6 months just open insulation.. . And "handiman" left the place trashed! Every time he attempted to fix something. Told them we were moving at the end of the month after a year of being great tenants and since we did so on the 2nd and not the 1st they charged us an extra month. Seriously! Kim has the nerve to basically brag about her money in the newspaper while good, CLEAN, hard working ppl pay for it. If there were negative stars she'd get -5. You have been warned...

Collier Leasing is the worst slum lord in town or maybe State... KIm is so rude that everyone is surprised that she doesn't have a tattoo on her forehead so people know right off the bat she is a BITCH and then some...

Rented with them for awhile now, always pay my rent on time, keep my apartment clean and have had no problems. Their are some really nasty people that live in the apartments, rude, dirty, dont take care of anything, break things so you reap what you sow!!

I lived in salina for years and never experienced a place that helped you financially and also let me have my pet brandy and kim are wonderful, maintenance was always prompt!

I wish i did have to put even one star on this.This place Will rip you off! My ac broke twice my garbage disposal broke no hot water for the first 3 days i lived here my shower doesnt drain. You are better off in the homeless shelter! When i moved the eletric wasnt on yet and the lady doing the walk through tried to use a lighter to make sure everything was ok..... when lights turned on bathroom and kitchen were disgusting .... i found a contact len on the counters tells you how much they take care of this

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Kim the manager was sweet and really polite until she got my money. The apt I moved in at 213 so.second street in salina was horrible. It was filthy dirty, had three broken windows, no screens. I had to use a pair of pliers to work the stove. They fix nothing and I even asked for a different place so I wouldn't have to break the lease. I was told I had to fulfil my lease there first. Kim is very rude and when you move colliers employees steal anything you don't get out in the first load. Kim should be in jail for fraud and theft.
