In fact, every staff member holds either a TMJ Assistant or an Advanced Level TMJ Assistant certification. They have combined experience of 48 years. GREG BIXBY, DDS, FICCMO, FIAO, FADI, FACP, MICCMO, FICD, DABCP, received his Dental Degree in 1981 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry.
