They are very helpful when you are looking for furniture. They are not helpful when you start wondering why your furniture is not in (when they said 2-3 weeks). I call to inquire and no response after they said that they would call me back. I had to call again and received a story about the company being closed for two weeks after New Years (this was never mentioned when I made the purchase). Then they promised it would be delivered to them on February 16th and they would be calling me by the next week to schedule delivery or to let me know if something changed. AFTER NOT RECEIVING a call, I CALLED again and was told this time that it will be shipped on March 10. It will be interesting to see if it really comes in this time or if I receive a different story! I would have never purchased furniture there if I would have been given the true delivery date.

We've purchased furniture from this store twice within 2 years. We've been totally satisfied with the quality and prices. The staff was very helpful. We had to wait a little while our furniture was being made, but it was worth it. When the furniture arrived the staff delivered it (we live over an hour away from the store) and helped us set it up. This locally owned family business lacks in customer service. As consumers, we have choices. The next time I am in the market for furniture and rugs, I will not be Choosing The Rug Mattress and Furniture Store.
