My mom scheduled a pick up at 10:20 am the day before we needed it. When we called to say we needed the ride early on the day of, the dispatch person did not seem to know that we had a scheduled a ride. We got a call at 9:50 pm that day, after we got the ride, from a cab driver stating I'm not sure if you need a ride tonight or tomorrow, the dispatcher didn't write am or pm. So beware if you are trying to set up a ride in advance, that you may have to call again to make sure they have the correct date and time.

the drivers and operators are nice, but their service is completely unacceptable. the only reason i continue to use them is because my school pays for taxi use on the weekends. also because i dont have a car
