Terrible customer service when setting up appointment. Employees that call to set up the appointment are so quick to get you off the phone that they don't give you any information. For example, they disconnected with me and didn't give me a contact number or even the address to the facility. I had t look it up online to get the phone number. Then I had to change my appointment date, so I call and after being transferred several times, I had it changes. The day before my cancelled appointment day, I received a call advising me that I needed to be there an hour early the next day. I told the lady that I had cancelled that appointment and changed it to another day. After arguing with me about the date, she finally found that it had been changed. I thought it was finally straightened out, but then I woke up the day of my cancelled appointment only to have a message on my house phone and cell that they need to cancel my already cancelled appt. Customer service is awful, needs work.
