Arnold R. Burton Technology Center, located in Salem, Ore., offers a variety of career and technical courses in building trades, cosmetology, criminal justice, landscaping, machining, masonry, teaching internship, welding, and auto service, motor sports and computer information technology. The center also offers graphic and advertising, floral, digital Web, and game design and programming. It operates the Center for the Performing Arts, which provides in-depth training in musical theater and dance, including modern, ballet, jazz and tap, as well as offers the knowledge of artistic skills necessary for successful careers in the art industry. Arnold R. Burton Technology Center also maintains Engineering, Mass Communication and visual arts centers.
