While my ring is priceless to me our experience with the owner and his staff was terrible. The rings were not done when promised. When we took the rings in to be sized they lost the rings. Literally. It took 3 days to locate them. The diamond certificate was never presented as promised. They later blamed this on their diamond provider, although when we called the provider ourselves, they stated they could not supply the document because they had not received payment from Vernon's for the diamond. It took 4 months, 3 letters, and over 20 phone calls to the location and still no certificate. Also, only 2 return phone calls. The ring also came with a "free" appraisal (which was needed for insurance), but after them losing the ring and refusing to present the certificate we did not want to hand the rings over again. We finally went to the store, the owner saw us and literally ran out of the store and left his poor wife to try and help us. Terrible!
