First, they take forever to get around to getting thins done. Then they will blame you for some of the problems, like ants or mold. Finally they will do anything to not have to give you your cleaning deposit back, and will go to great extents to make you pay even more. I've heard of bills as high as $5000! Not because of damaged walls or anything like that. I've heard of their cleaning team making messes, taking pictures, and saying the tenant left it that way. Up to and including peeing on the floor. If you know someone who rents from them now advise them to take their own photos when they move out.
