I will NEVER go here again. I brought in my deceased father's sheepskin coat to see if they could repair a small hole on the seam in back. She said it would be no problem, and I wouldn't even see it. She kept talking over me when I was explaining what I wanted. I brought it in Sept 29 and it was to be cleaned, repaired and ready for pickup Oct 23. It was finally done Nov 14th. The repair in back is TERRIBLE and looks worse than the small pulling at the seam originally. She actually stitched on top of the suede with tan thread and used dark brown patch which shows through on a light tan colored coat. This was being repaired for my military son and has great sentimental value. Now I have to find another repair shop to FIX the damage done. If you can't do it, don't say you can. Terrible customer service.

Thanks for great service over the last decade or so. Keeps getting better. Fast, fair, friendly. Excellent value and craftsmanship. Stand behind their work with integrity. My shoes love it.
