The service I got the first time I went in to have my phone's screen fixed was pretty good. The second time, however, was terrible. The second time around, my phone's screen just started freaking out, so I talked to a friend who knows just about everything about computers and phones. He said that it was very apparent to him that it was an issue in the way Reboot fixed the screen, and that they should be willing to fix their mistake. When I went back in to ask if they would, they were very rude to me and insisted that it HAD to be water damage despite the fact that my phone was never in any sort of contact with water. They said they'd send it out to see what the problem was for free, so I handed over my phone so they could. I never heard back from them, and whenever I called to see what was going on they just said they hadn't found the problem yet. It's been over a year and I never got my phone back or heard a word from them. My tip: pay a little extra and go somewhere else. At least your phone will actually get fixed.
I paid the nice man money and he fixed my dumb computer.

Reboot really hooked me up on fixing the LCD screen on my laptop for a fraction of the price HP wanted. They really know their stuff and the cost came in even lower than the estimate! Great service and no complaints.

My husband accidentally drove with his IPad on top of his car, resulting in it flying off and getting run over multiple times. The screen was so smashed up that when we sent it to Apple, they didn't even try to fix it due to "catastrophic damage." We had given up hope until our friend told us about Reboot. It took a lot of work, and pretty much replacing the whole outside, but the IPad is now good as new, and for a third of the price a new IPad would have cost. Thank you so much!

I took my iphone 3GS to this store and the owner was very friendly. He was able to replace my battery, my speaker (it was blown) and my LCD screen all within 2 days. He showed me the prices he got the items and the labor he charged. SUPER INEXPENSIVE!!! I love this store and decided to take my computer there to upgrade the ram and hard drive!

This place is great.. The guy is very personable and saved me a bunch a money. He fixed the mac book pro (cracked LCD screen) for like %70 cheaper than what the other mac repair places cost. I do not write reviews but dang, this guy is the real flipp'n deal... I'm take'n my next computer issue to him. Thank you Reboot!
