Very clean gym with new/fairly new equipment, very secure, well lit and easy to use. The location is great and the 24 hour access is perfect for a busy schedule. The staff and other members are very friendly, supportive and helpful. This isn't a pick-up gym/meat market gym like some of the others I've been to either - it's an honest place for sweat and fitness.

The personnel attention of the one-on-one training is excellent.The facility is smaller than the big meat factories, so it feels more comfortable and friendlier. The machines are not crowded, so there is no waiting to work each one.There are yoga classes and one of the best masseuse I've had, in the building.The owner is always on-site, and very friendly and helpful.Located in downtown area, next to garage for easy parking.There is also a drink bar there, serving slushies and protein drinks.
