Excellent services. I went to Larrondo's Auto Center yesterday due to my Honda Civic's brake. I waited only 20 mins for them to check what was going on to my car. Carlos came and explained all the causes of the problem, let me know the price. The price was really reasonable and acceptable by the way. I went there the day after to pick up my car, and all sounds were disappeared. Moreover, the staffs over there are so friendly. Next time I need any car repair, there is no hesitation to go there again. Thanks!! Dan

Took my BMW to les schwab to get the suspension checked out and they determined it was gonna cost almost $900 to fix Larronados fixed it for a little over $100 I'll be back for more service and refer anybody I know to these people.
I come to Larrondo's anytime, whenever my car needs any tune ups or a part fixed. Carlos their head guy is very nice, does a great job, and they are very afordable.

I came into Larrondos with my check engine light on and they quickly found out what was wrong. They quoted me a price and got what we had thought was the right part quickly. After they took the old part off my car it turned out that my car was unique (as in not the standard for this model, year and engine size) and the part that would have fit 99% of the cars just like mine would not fit and they would need to get the right part. They had this new part by the next morning and even though the part was more expensive and more labor intensive to install they stuck by their original quote and did not charge me a penny more! I am amazed by their commitment to do their jobs right and not just make it work. They have pride in what they do and run a friendly, clean and professional business. I would feel comfortable taking any vehicle there and have already started recommending them to friends and co-workers!

I first spoke with Aleigha (the co-owner) over the phone about a problem that my vehicle had been having. She started by asking me questions about my vehicle make and model. After I vaguely went over the problem I mentioned that the vehicle would not start and that I would need the vehicle towed. She quoted me a towing price (much lower than the first place I called) and let me know that the tow company could be there in about an hour to pick the car up for diagnostics. She also let me know that unlike other companies I had already called for information Larrondos does not charge for the diagnostic provided you have the problem fixed with them. (Other places had quoted at least $75 just to find out what was wrong) I let her know that I needed to pick my husband up from work and she worked out the time with the tow truck driver so that he would get there at my convenience (even though it was after 5pm). Great service at a reasonable price. The mechanic was super nice and very skilled at what he does. I had taken my car twice here and had my problem resolved the same day, even though they were pretty complicated. The mechanic went out of his way to find parts that were inexpensive. I compared rates with other shops and this shop prices beats everybody else's prices too. The customer service is great. Overall reliable, honest mechanic - God knows those are hard to find. My name is Leo Ruiz, and after a week of bad luck with my new car (new to me) I had given up all hope, and then one night I browsed for one more time the web, I saw Larrondo's ad and reviews, so I said, I last time, I really wanted to keep the car, so I call them and Carlos was on the other side of the line, once I told him about my problem, he right away told me what might be the issue, I made an appointment to see him, well long story short, they have superb service, this is a hard working family that want and need your business, they are not in the market to sell you parts or other services, we all know how that goes almost everywhere else, if you are looking for a new tech to work on your car, you will not regret going to Larrondo's, my car is like new now, no secondary issues no hidden fees, superb service. GREAT Shop. Found them through Google - and have been to quite a few shops in Salem (I've lived here my whole life) and have never found the honesty or great work like they provide. They have fixed 3 of my cars in the last couple months, and have not been more happy. They were a hard find, but they are one of the best kept secrets in Salem.

This is an update to this review, as I can only leave one. But this past week, my car had some serious problems, and I took them to a local shop that gave me an estimate over $2,000. I spoke with Larrondo's again, and after they looked at my car, they did it for less than $1,000, and found things that weren't needed to be fixed, that were recommeneded. These folks are first rate when it comes to service. There are only friendly people there and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It is a smaller shop, but no doubt about the service. They saved me so much money, as their prices were much less than the competition - and I shop around. They were up front about what needed to be done and as important, what didn't need to be done. The fact that they are backed by the SuperGuarantee is important, but I doubt I would ever need to use this service in going to them. I have already recommended them to many of my friends and co-workers for the next time they need anything for their car

When I saw their ad on Craigslist, I almost thought they were to good to be true. I needed my heater core replaced on my 93 camry - I had to ask them twice if their price was correct - I had gotten such higher prices from other shops in town! They got my car in and out - they even got it back to me sooner than originally quoted - after showing me the faulty core and explaining my repair to me in detail (I'm a woman and like to understand what happens to my car) they have earned my respect and my business.
