Welcome to Kuong Chan's Chinese Restaurant.Simply stated, we prepare the finest Chinese food in Salem and the Willamette Valley. We are located just north of the Capitol Mall at 2290Fairgrounds road. Consistently voted as one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Salem, we prepare signature dishes from the provinces of China, including Szechuan, Hunan and Mongolia. Every day we search out the freshest ingrediant, from local producers whenever possible, to use in the preparation of unique and delicious dishes. We do not use MSG in our cooking and strive to use only organic, hormone free beef, pork and chicken.
