      They made costly mistakes that shorted my refund. Confirmed the mistakes by two different tax companies. When I went back to have the mistakes fixed because of their supposive guarantee to fix any mistakes that they make. The manager Beth Cummings refused to fix the mistakes. She refused to give her supervisor's contact information so I could file a complaint. Then she said I had to leave. I had to go to a different company and pay them to fix the mistakes that the manager Beth Cummings made preparing my taxes. So if you want to pay someone to mess up your taxes and refuse to honor their guarantee to fix it then Jackson Hewitt is the place to go.
