got a call from one of there telemarketers for a quote i didn't ask for and when i said i don't give out info over the phone to people i have never heard of before the guy asked for my shoe size then hung up on me,plan on reporting hbw to the BBB

We have had a few quality leads with this company, but they seem to get worse adn worse. Some of the leads names are not even the correct name, some people do not even want a quote, addresses are wrong, or this person does not even own a vehicle. We have spoke with them several times about crediting us for the bad leads and argue stating the leads were quality leads. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They start with some descent quality leads but as the weeks go by and the leads get worst their service get worst too. They never credit you a lead, all I want for $15 or $25 per lead is an opportunity but when multiple people are telling you they did not want a quote from you something isnt right and they will not let you hear the tape. They hold all the cards with no accountability. We've spent $3000 on leads with them and have close 2 households. Buyer beware.

Beware of using this company. They do provide decent leads, but they also provide some very bad leads, and claim they will credit you. Every credit request I have had to battle with them to get applied. They declined a credit, and when I argued back with them, they stated that I was right and the caller had no intention of getting a quote, so even their person denying the credits is not doing his/her job. They had NO explanation for why this slipped by. After 30 days and $15 per lead, we have written no business, and my work load doubled. I would not recommend using the company.
