looks like she was trying to get money off her card and scam the store. buy a case and take it to a different store the same day to get money back. thats what crack heads do thats funny

only thing is.. to get a refund you have to do it off the machine you got your product at.. if you refuse to go to the other store then that's your own fault not there's.. they do have a right to refuse service to someone. for one its not there fault. if they have a verifone cc machine and a different one at the other store you have to get it refunded at that one.. looks like your just being bitchey and want something to be mad about.. i know a lot of people that get good customer service from them..

This place is horrible. I went to the Lancaster store to purchase a cell phone cover and I went to the Salem center store to return the same cover on the same day. I asked for a refund, since their policy is same day refund, and was told I needed to drive all the way back to their Lancaster store for the refund. I explained that I shouldn't have to drive to the other store for a refund and that no where on my receipt it states that. I then asked for a supervisors E-mail or phone number and was told that I would have to go to the Lancaster store to get that information as well. I am very upset with the service provided and the unethical behavior that was given to me. I will be escalating this issue to both the Salem and Lancaster malls since I was not provided with a supervisors information. Do not shop here. They are unfair and unwilling to provide and refund unless at the same store even though they are the same company!
