  Welcome back everyone! We've got a few important updates about our clubs and your membership with Courthouse.

• We Need Your Help!
  We have amended our waiver of liability to address the risk of COVID.

• We are Open!!!
  Come in, say hi, workout, and check out the improvements we made during the closure.

• We are Open 24 Hours, 7 Days per Week!!!
  You will find it pretty easy to keep that six foot bubble around yourself while you workout. We are doing our part to follow the guidelines laid out by the Marion and Polk County Health Department. Members are not required to wear masks while in the club.

• Your Account is Active and You Should Expect Normal Billing for June (Including Training)
  unless you have made prior arrangements to freeze your account for medical reasons.

• Classes Resume Monday, June 1
  Check out our schedule on our website or your Courthouse app.

• By State Mandate, Our Pools, Locker Rooms, and Childcare are Closed
  We hope Marion and Polk County can move to Phase Two on June 15, and we can open those facilities at that time.
