Courthouse Fitness isnt just another gym or heath club, but rather a one-stop shop for anything you need to improve your overall fitness level. At Courthouse Fitness we host a wide variety of tools that will help you safely improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance. On site we have stretch therapists, massage therapy, nutrition coaches, personal trainers, fitness coaches, as well as a physical therapy clinic. With your Courthouse membership you can jump into any of our free group exercise classes ranging from yoga to spinning (ride) or zumba to power. Stop in at our Lancaster club right off the I-5 Market Street exit.
