This company is a complete joke. It consists of one manager, one secartary, and 3 or 4 technitions. Do not depend on their internet sevice if you need it. Have a back up alturnetive. Even though it fiber optic, it does not have the lastest technology. It has regular outages 4 or 5 times a month that can last overnight into the mouning and good luck getting it fixed on the weekend with their small crew of techs. After 5:00 pm it is just a answering service which does no help and sometimes during regular business hours they get so busy with phone call complaints they are not able to answer thier phone. You get a recording saying that they are have problems with the internet. They do not even offer any type of credit for the service outages. You will have to ask for it. Very poor service overall.

This company is very poor...very slow response to customer outages...As an example...Our internet service went out on Sat.Feb.20th,2010...It has been off a good share of the week;sometimes overnight...last time it went off was yesterday...owner lives in Texas...We also have been missing prime tv channels for over a month;some kind of price dispute...unfortunately, many of us rural addresses have no other cable choices...
