The Brookstone Alzheimer's Special Care Center is located in Salem, Oregon, and is one of the region’s most comprehensive upscale assisted living care facilities. Here you will find our distinctive “Meaningful Moments” brand of memory care, where a full consideration of the resident’s life experience and background, preferences and interests are all incorporated into an individualized, customized treatment plan. Our 57-resident facility is designed-to-perfection in order to embrace each resident’s life experiences, offering an approach that incorporates the individual story into the whole care program. Brookstone offers round-the-clock care and supervision, private and semi-private accommodations, three gourmet quality meals every day (as well as snacks and special guest meals!), and a vast array of activities. Whether on a field trip, participating in a book club, simply enjoying our fountains and gardens, exercising or socializing, there is always something to do at Brookstone.
