I ordered red hemlock, they delivered dark. I called to inform them of the mistake and they told me that they only have one color (their website shows Red and Dark in multiple places). They told me (without seeing the bark) that that was my only option. I asked them to return the bark, they replied that they could do it "sometime next week" and that I wasn't getting my money back until they had it loaded in a truck. I told him that it was unacceptable, he told me that was the only thing he was going to do. Fast forward 6 days, I called to ask what was going on with the pile of bark dust in my driveway (and no money in my account) - he replied that to make it right, he was willing to give me the bark dust with a full refund, as long as I agreed to think of him on my next bark order. I agreed and then left for a business trip, only to come home to bark dust remains scattered all over my driveway, walkway, yard, and doorstep. When I called them to inform them, they were incredibly rude.

I've used Bark Boys for the past 20 years and have always had great service. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the drivers are great. I've also taken a rig(borrowed)and they're great w/loading it up but for me its usually easier to have them deliver.

What awsome service. The products are well taken care of. The prices are the best around town and the drivers are very nice. I am sold and will repeat my services with Bark Boys for ALL my bark,dirt.& gravel needs!!!
