The Hollander House is one of a few local places that provides a service where they'll take your fingerprints and submit them for a background check.It's advertised as a "five business day" wait.After 2 weeks, I called to find out what was taking so long.The woman who took the prints returned my call 2 days later. She said, "If something comes up, it goes to the FBI and could take 30 days or more". She wasn't very understanding when I requested that she inform people in the future of this possible delay.Her tone was very much blowing me off, as it was "my problem".I explained that the service was advertised as "5 days". I can appreciate the details of it taking longer, just be up front with people at the time they hand over their money and explain this "minor" detail to them.Again...very dismissive to me, as she had all ready pocketed our money so there was NOTHING she could do.Again...just TELL people about the 30 day possible wait. A little courtesy goes a long way!!
