I have been a client of Vibe's for 5 years now. I have had my hair cut by 3 different stylists, Karlina, David and Stacey and they all listened very attentively and gave me what I wanted and then some. I tend to change it up quite often and are even happier with what the outcome every time. My color has been with Karlina and it is fabulous! Sometimes I know I can be difficult in trying new things, but they always seem to reassure me and that they enjoy what they do and find my new styles exciting. I love the look and feel (the vibe, if you will) of the salon. It is a very pleasing atmosphere. Thank you, Vibe, for being who you are and making me feel fantastic every time I visit!
I had my hair dyed black with green and purple highlights streaked in two weeks ago. The black and fashion colors started washing out within two days and by a week later my hair was that light ashy brown again. and bleach from under the green was showing through. I knew the fashion colors would wash out but in way way did they tell me it might begin within two days. I would never have spent $240 before tip on a cut and color if they had told me that. And regardless, the black should NOT have washed out. Then when I went back with the plan on letting Crystal re-do it I lost faith in them.when she told me that she used a semi permanent and this time would do a permanent, which of course I assumed was already done. THEN when speaking to Kathleen she said they used a demi not a semi, even though she wasn't the one who did my hair. She also told me that she had worried about the color lasting when I told them that day that I had issues with color in the past fading quickly. So my next question was, WHY didn't you say something that day when I asked instead of telling me not to worry, the chemicals used are different, and that it would work out just fine. I was so happy when it was done, and now so sad, and no, I wont let them touch my hair again. Either I was intentionally lied to, misled, or they just don't know what the heck they're doing, and either way I don't trust them anymore. They wouldn't refund any of the money, even though I told them I thought the cut was awesome and that I wasn't asking for a full refund since part of the service was great. I just expected them to recognize the poor quality of service for the rest and respect that after their stories kept changing that I would prefer not to have them re-do it for me. Apparently my expectations were too high.
Love this salon, and everyone who works here. Great customer service! I enjoyed meeting Angie today. I have found my new home!!!!!
I get my hair and my nails done here. Always fashionable, always on time and I always love it!

Just came from this establishment and was surprised at how knowledgable my stylist was with textured hair. Finally got the cut I needed. Very cool atmosphere. Looked more like a Boston Salon rather than suburbia. Loved it and glad I found it!
