I would not recommend this companies services to any one. I dropped a watch off to have a battery replaced. I was told because of the type of watch it was, they would have to send it out to have the battery replaced. They gave me a time frame of 2-3 weeks for this. That was over 5 months ago and I still haven't received my watch back. No one there is very helpful with information as to a time frame or even where my watch is. Never in my life have I seen such gross incompetence or lack of customer service in my life. As I have already said, I wouldn't recommend the Jeweler's Workbench to anyone, and would advise those who read this to steer clear of this establishment.
