I have had a great experience two days in a row at Kohl's in Salem NH. First day, Renner and Jessica were extremely helpful finding two chairs that I wanted. Very accomendating to my needs. Second day (pick-up), same excellent service. Because Renner and Jessica had marked my chair boxes so well, John and Ray were able to find them quickly. John and Ray happily loaded my furniture into my husband's pick-up truck. Because the boxes were an awkward size, they had to do a lot of maneuvering to get the boxes safely in for my ride home. The overall feeling I got from these four employees was that they truly enjoy helping people. You have four valuable employees who make Kohl's in Salem,NH a wonderful shopping experience!
