Poor customer service, dispatcher was impatient and not polite. I was trying to research information about arranging early weekend morning pick ups to help a client that uses them frequently during the week, yet still has a difficult time getting rides to work on weekend mornings. I was rushed off the phone, the dispatcher almost refused to give me any details because he recognized the route and "already told him before" then hung up on me before I could clarify what little information I did receive. My advise to you if you need to be somewhere in Salem,NH by 6 am is to call the night before, talk fast as they are the only taxi service and can afford not to care how polite they are on the phone!

Pleased with the service and cheap rates. Called about 1am from Salem and was brought to Nashua with very pleasant driver..

Found the dispatcher rude when we called and asked for a pick up, he assumed we were a caller from the day before that had cancelled at the last minute, because we called from the same motel. We called an hour ahead of time and requested a pick up time of 2:00 pm and asked it to be no later then 2:15pm. We called back at 2:15 and were told he was right around the corner but the driver didn't show up until 2:30, and when he did show up all he said was :where you going".

Awesome, quick and cheap!
