Provided by YP.comThey are very dishonest. Unbeknownst to me, the car they sold me had a salvage title, and had been in a major accident, which, of course, High Line sales rep never revealed. They still charged me above book value on it. I probably could have gone to court because a salvage car has a greatly reduced value than a normal used car. Instead, because I didn't know that the car was piece of junk, I struggled with it for 2.5 years, spending $850 dollars for emissions problems to get it to pass Massachusetts inspection. For several months, I had to rent a car because I was told my High Line piece of crap was too dangerous to drive. It failed the next inspection still running lean after all the time and money wasted. After a total of $1600 in repairs, more that $500 in car rentals, I finally traded it and got a new car when my credit improved. High Line Auto likes to tell you about the credit improvement you will acquire when they sell you a piece of junk at a high interest rate. My improved credit was my own doing by paying bills on time, one of those payments was on a piece of junk they sold me that, for the most part. sat in my driveway. I would suggest that you never by a car at High Line Auto, if you can avoid it, but if you do, it is imperative that you do your homework or you will get screwed by them. They are the used car dealers you always heard about and never wanted to experience.

Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE ~ MAJOR SCAM ARTISTS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE STATE
I Wish I had never done business with these people. They sell nothing but junk, and they lie about everything. We bought 2 vehicles from them, took them to court on 1. They would not refund our money. The only way to get our money back was to get involved with second vehicle which they swore would pass inspection, it didn't. It needs upper/lower ball joints and inner/outer rocker panels as well, also the bed needs replacing. We turned them into the BBB, and they lied to them as well. They are being investigated for fraud by the State of NH. Also never ever buy a service plan, It is a total SCAM, it is a con and a game dealers play. Worst dealership to do business with, not HONEST at all, They are pathological liars. The inspection station that they use is also being investigated, for false inspection reports as well as putting stickers on vehicles that should not have them.
When the State of NH fraud investigation unit gets involved you know there is an issue ~ Just Saying

Great group of folks to work with, not the typically pushy sales team at all. Kevin and his team took the time to review all aspects of the car and the financing of my loan. I was able to get into a newer year SUV with a decent interest rate even with my sub-par credit.

Provided by DexKnowsIt was very nice to know the folks at High Line took the time to find a finance plan I could afford. I don't have the best credit, and I was amazing how they obtained a LOW interest rate loan. Thanks for all the help High Line!

Provided by YP.comDown to earth group of folks to work with, I really appreciate the extra effort Kevin went to get me the car I wanted. He took the time to go through and get me into a car that fit my needs, overall great experience. No typical used car BS here. The used car market can difficult to deal with, but High Line made it easy. I have the car over a year and have never had a problem.

All i can say is do your research on this business and what they sell before taking out your check book.I had a horrible experience here with customer service and also the vehicle that i bought even though it was as is i took this vehicle for a test drive and did not hear or find any problems.I found out i paid to much for the vehicle and also was told by a mechanic that this car didnt have ac and i needed a new compresser.I also have an antifreeze leak and i need new struts. The for sale add said it had ac and did not.I also went through many other problems with this vehicle.I know when buying used cars its a risk but come on they knew they got a good running 4 wheel drive from me in addition to the list of things i wrote out to them what i had put into the truck upon trading it in for something with better gas mileage and less mileage. The worst part was the customer service they did not keep me informed on how things were the time they were trying to make things right unless i called.
