I'm very happy that I stopped at Best Buy in Salem, NH this morning! I had planned to order a remote starter for my Toyota and expected that I might have to wait until after Thanksgiving to have it installed. Not only was the already reasonable price $22 less, Rick (the Geek Squad) extended great customer service! He let me know that his first customer of the day had not arrived yet and that it might be possible for me to have the starter installed today. He allowed the late customer 30 minutes grace time and when that customer had not arrived yet or called the store, the install was mine! The installation was completed in about 2 hours and then Rick took the time to explain the basics of using the remote. I smiled all the way home! Thanks very much Rick-great job!
