The food was alright the first time. But the second time, the girl that took my order made my sub and it was phenomenal. I got a meatball sub, I'm not sure how she made it but I always look for her when I go back. Although the girl had awesome customer service and the sub was amazing, I felt a little bad for her. It looked as if she was the only one who had it together. The management staff was all over the place and they were getting very flustered. And I don't think they do very much training there. While the girl was taking my order, she was asked about 10 questions by her coworkers on how to make things. I think I watched her make three or four subs at once to help move customers along. I believe her name was Danielle or Daniella. Make sure she makes your food. Looks like she's the only one that knows what they're doing there.
