      horrible service, will not run trucks if there is a tiny amount of snow., We get UPS, mail service, etc and are on a PAVED road. Of course, they do not credit us for not picking up our trash.It must be nice to take "snow days" on my money! We are canceling Family Trash and going with a local guy that picks up with his own truck, snow, sleet or shine. Salem, MO resident
