I brought my truck to grasso collision it was the best experience I had they were so helpful and got me a great rental when I got my truck back in 2 weeks it looked better than it did the day I bought it its a 2011 BMW beautiful job I would recommend them to all my friends and coworkers thanks again

I hired Grasso Collision to have my whole car painted. They gave me a quote and I paid a cash deposit. When I picked up the car it was only spot-painted and the whole front panel was left out with all the road chips and scratches. At that point the owner said it wasn't enough money even though I had explicitly told him to paint the whole car and we had agreed on the price.They also failed on their promises to fax the invoice to me, put the graphics back on the car and deliver the car for me. I paid in full and picked up the car as is but I am unhappy with their unethical treatment. Other shops had given me the same quote and I regret using Grasso and being screwed over like that. Definitely not coming back and not recommending this place to anyone else to use.
