Focus by the Sea provides help to individuals and families that struggle with alcoholism and drug abuse. The organization assists people from all over the country whom are willing to take inventory of their lives and make significant changes. Since 1990, Focus by the Sea e has helped over 10,000 people find a new way of life in a private and confidential manner. The organization has a variety of programs designed to address specific treatment needs, such as dual diagnosis, after care, adult, adolescent and child programs. Most programs involve age-specific psychiatric treatment, assessment, treatment plan development and family therapy. Focus by the Sea also provides behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, psychopharmacological, developmental, systemic, psycho-educational and 12-step approaches to assist families and patients achieve their goals of recovery.
